Every Cleanspec Franchisee is in possession of their Cleensafe Safety Work Kit, which is tailored towards commercial cleaning. Moreover, in order to join our company, it is required that each Franchisee undergo personalised training by our operation managers to comply with official health and safety guidelines. The operations managers spend their time on-site to ensure this is a smooth transition and all of your expectations are met.
Our Health & Safety work kits contain:
1. EMERGENCY PLAN
Each Kit contains a clear and easy to read document, instructing people in the area about what should be done in an emergency.
2. Reporting & Investigation Forms
These necessary forms are a critical component of all health and safety systems.
3. Hazards Notice Board
A highly visible Hazards Notice Board is provided to warn passersby of common hazards. With the CleenSafe, PestSafe & SelectSafe work kit an ‘A’ frame Hazards Notice Board is provided. With the TrimSafe Kit a 450mm orange cone Hazards Notice is provided, as this is more suitable for external conditions.
4. Induction & Training Information
This section includes reminders for yourself and others of your health and safety responsibilities, using easy-to-understand pictures and text.
5. Hazard Register
This all-in-one register includes a list of Hazards, their Effects and Controls. It has been developed specifically for each key property service contractor group.
6. Training Register
This is an essential part of the evidence trail, showing a record of ongoing training.
7. Care Card
An induction card carried conveniently in your pocket for quick and easy use.
8. Unsafe Card
For attaching to equipment that has become unsafe and/or is in need of repair.
