MSL training started using the services of CLEANSPEC late in 2018. They won the contract,over other larger established companies due to the refreshing personal approach and follow up. This has not changed. They started well and have continued to deliver excellent service throughout the year at multiple sites. 

What I have enjoyed about working with CLEANSPEC is the excellent performance of the cleaners themselves and the great communication. If there is an issue, it is resolved quickly and doesn't occur again. Hema, the Managing Director of the company still comes to visit regularly and takes a personal interest in the needs of our business. She treats us like important customers - and her approach, attitude and customer service is far superior to anything we have experienced in the past. So we are very happy customers and expect this to remain the case-quite simply for two reasons - they do an excellent job and their customer service is second to none.
